Key Responsibilities:
- Direct nationwide recruiting campaigns across specialized IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering divisions.
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment pipelines, recruiter KPI scorecards, applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse/Lever), and sourcing automation tools.
- Manage executive search retained assignments and foster lasting client HR partnership relations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years in agency staffing leadership.
- Proven ability to scale technical teams rapidly while maintaining high retention and candidate satisfaction metrics.
