ActivePosition Description & Requirements
Direct automated robotic manufacturing lines and continuous process improvement programs within an advanced precision manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of multi-axis Fanuc robotic cells and automated conveyors.
- Program Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA supervision interfaces, and automated quality control sensors.
- Lead lean manufacturing, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma statistical process capability studies (Cpk > 1.33).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on automated plant operations and industrial robotics experience.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
